The BIA Parade of Homes is back, bigger and better than ever! This year, Thursdays-Sundays from September 23th through October 10th you will be able to visit available homes throughout Central Ohio. This is called a “scattered site” parade and many larger cities hold their parades this way. I attended a scattered site parade in St George, Utah in 2019 and am excited to see it coming to Central Ohio! This gives the home buyer an opportunity to see homes in their price range and in the locations they are interested in and gives builders a chance to showcase their talents whether it be a $400,000 or $1,000,000 home.
So far, the list of builders that will be presenting homes to tour are: Manor Homes, 3 Pillar Homes, Arlington Homes, Bob Webb, D.R. Horton, Donley Homes, Edwards Avery Road, Epcon Communities, Fischer Homes, M/I Homes, Maronda Homes, P&D Builders, PulteGroup, Price Custom Homes, Rockford Homes, Schottenstein Homes, Thrive Companies/Wagenbrenner Development and Trinity Homes
Many of these names may be familiar if you are a dedicated parade goer but many of them are new to the parade this year, which can add some variety and reality for the average home shopper.
Check out the BIA’s website or follow Central Ohio Living on fb or ig to get updates on the parade as it gets closer! Interested in buying one of the parade homes? Let’s talk! Head over to my contact page or give Diane a call 614-565-1895.
