Living in Dublin
Dublin is a city that spans Franklin, Delaware, and Union counties. Dublin is nationally known for the Memorial Tournament held each year in late May or early June. Consequently, a large number of golf enthusiasts choose to make Dublin their home. There are also several other golf courses in Dublin. Tartan Fields Golf Club, which has hosted the LPGA’s Wendy’s Championship for Children, is in the village of Tartan Fields that neighbors Dublin. Dublin also has a public golf course financed by the Muirfield association, as well as the Jack Nicklaus-designed The Country Club of Muirfield Village. Other annual events include the July 4 music event, a St. Patrick’s Day parade, and the Dublin Irish Festival, which is one of America’s largest Irish festivals.
Bridgepark, is the newest development in downtown Dublin. This well-planned area includes, residences, entertainment, restaurants and shopping and will also feature a park along the river and the iconic walking bridge to be completed this year.
