Looking forward to the “new” BIA Parade of Homes? I used the word new because this is a brand new format for Central Ohio. Traditionally, the parade featured several different builders in one neighborhood. This year, the format will be what is called a “scattered site”, meaning homes will be available to tour throughout Central Ohio. This gives the opportunity to view homes not only closer to home but also at various price points.
One of the newest neighborhoods that will be featured in the parade is Ash Grove found in the Jerome Village community.
