We would like to give Diane Lorenzo 5+ stars! Diane was very responsive to all our calls, emails, and text messages. She was excellent walking us through the buying and selling process step by step. She continued with professionalism throughout the experience especially when things didn’t make sense. She went above & beyond with communication when obtaining approval and understanding from all parties. It was apparent that she cared for us and wanted to be fair. She provided feedback if we asked for help and found a home that fit our family and lifestyle.
